Dayna Anderson - Vice President

Dayna is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.  She is a testifying expert with extensive experience assisting corporate clients and counsel with complex economic and financial analyses including forensic accounting. Dayna specializes in calculating damages related to fraud investigations, construction matters, insurance disputes, breach of contract matters including lost profits and business interruption, environmental disputes, and other commercial disputes.

Dayna’s experience within the construction industry includes claims pricing, cost accounting, change order management and pricing, Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis, and project management.  Dayna has analyzed claims involving the construction of oil refineries and pipelines, power plants including wind farms, rail transportation, manufacturing facilities, and residential housing developments, among others.

Additionally, Dayna has consulted for numerous financial institutions related to damages resulting from alleged fraud including embezzlement, mortgage defaults, and the Service members Civil Relief Act. She has also assisted with the preparation of environmental cost allocations for Superfund and other contaminated sites.

Dayna has consulted on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and others in various industries, including renewable energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, senior care, among others.  She has also consulted for numerous financial institutions related to damages resulting from alleged fraud including embezzlement, mortgage defaults, and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. She has also assisted with the preparation of environmental cost allocations for Superfund and other contaminated sites.
