Kenrich personnel assisted in the determination of damages in the widely known “Winstar” supervisory goodwill savings and loan litigations. Our work included:

• Performing extensive banking industry and economic analyses for the purpose of determining lost profits and other damages resulting from the United States government's breach of contract.
