We are seeking candidates for our entry-level Staff Consultant position in all locations (Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Phoenix, New York, and Washington D.C.). Responsibilities will include fact-finding, research, document review, and extensive financial analyses and computer modeling. Specific analyses may include calculation of economic damages and lost profits, and evaluation of claims related to business and regulatory disputes. Candidates will assist with the preparation and review of damage claims and counter claims related to business disputes, including those involved in litigation, arbitration or mediation. Candidates may also assist in the preparation of expert reports, expert testimony and exhibits for trial, alternative dispute resolutions or settlement negotiations. Most importantly, candidates will work on maintaining and fostering client relationships through superior client service. Candidates should be willing to travel to client locations and other Kenrich offices as required.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have or be working toward a Bachelors degree in Business with concentrations in Accounting or Finance, or a Masters of Accounting. Candidates must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Candidates should be graduating in December 2017 or May 2018, or have 0 – 3 years of experience. Applicants must be highly motivated and possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication and computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access is essential.

  • Assistance with the preparation of expert reports, expert testimony and exhibits for trial or settlement negotiations;
  • Involvement in litigation, arbitration or mediation.

Most importantly, candidates will work on maintaining and fostering client relationships through superior client service.  Candidates must be willing to travel to client locations and other Kenrich offices as required.

 

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering discipline (Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering preferred). Candidates must have had a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Candidates should have 1 – 4 years of experience in the construction industry in project management or in claims consulting.  Significant travel may be required.

Applicants must be highly motivated and possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication and computer skills. Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) concepts and high-level proficiency in Prima Vera P6 scheduling software is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
